These are few of my favourite designs, not all are my final designs.
I have tried to capture the essence of the theme I was researching which is the volcanic eruption in Iceland that caused havoc in England and Europe because there was no flights for safety reasons. I wanted to create designs from this for it to be almost like a juxtaposition having something that has caused major problems for weeks into something beautiful, the imagery I was looking at really inspired myself and I enjoyed being free in my mark making to make it unpredictable and fun.
I enjoyed this brief even though it was only four weeks but I feel that the work produced did not go off course and it stayed true to what I was looking at.
